When you reach your plan's user or antibody limit, you'll still be able to access and manage your existing data. You simply won't be able to add new team members or antibodies until you upgrade or remove existing items. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits so there are no surprises.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to additional features and capacity. For downgrades, you'll need to ensure your current usage is within the new plan's limits before the change can be applied.
